In Cuba changes are established in its economic model applying an impact organizational in the national economy, so management tools should necessarily be used enunciated specifically in the organizational techniques that focus on the management from a holistic vision of the processes, the reengineering of processes. The objective of this work is to validate the design of a methodology to apply this tool , which by their nature and general approach is feasible to generalize organizations based in the paradigm of reengineering , intending to redesign their processes. The methodology is based on questions and was applied in the company Cereals Santiago to redesign its marketing process that affected the economic performance and the satisfaction of its clients. Systemic- structural, expert’s method, statistical tools , processes matrix factors - critical of success and bibliographical studies, among other different methods and techniques were used.
