Abstract

There is no information about the management of science, technology and innovation in high technology centers in both the international and national levels .The aim of this paper is to explain the historical organizational management implemented by a center of high technology Cuban closed production cycle under single management such as the Center of Molecular Immunology. The experiences of their specialists and the result of its indicators are set for a decade. We conclude that the management of science, technology and innovation and closing the loop in the center has had a positive economic and social impact on the country and contributes to the development of these types of center.
