Abstract

Nowadays the organizations are developed in a very dynamic environment, by this cause occur constant changes to confront this environment and reach the strategic goals. Due to this article had as objective to determine a definition more integrating of organizational change based on different definitions preceding of academics in this scope. Likewise, elucidate the stages generalize in the models of organizational change and the barriers that have disabled a right implementation of the strategy. As theoreticals methods used: analyses and synthesis and the bibliographical revision, and the statistical methods: analysis of main components and analysis of centralized. The study shows that the organizational change is a process that allows to the organizations adapt to environment and improve the performance by this way contribute to with implementation of the strategy.
