Abstract

The problem to solve went to overcome at level of companies, the nonexistence of bonds among the Human Resource Management (HRM), the strategy and the management indicators. Starting from the development of the doctoral formation in the environment of HRM, it was reached as a result to overcome that nonexistence, achieving a general procedure or technology for the design of the system of evaluation of the individual and strategic managerial acting, understood in their organic or dialectical unit from their conception, inserted in the strategic planning of HRM and the control of their management, implying a group of tangible and intangible indicators (highlighting among the last the sense of commitment), embracing the economic growth and the human development.
