Abstract

GARZON-CASTRO, Hugo. Technological management in fruits productive chains of Valle (Colombia): case study. Ing. Ind. [online]. 2018, vol.39, n.3, pp. 326-338. ISSN 1815-5936.

The quantitative study focused on the elaboration of a technological characterization methodology for the production and marketing links of fresh fruits and fruit pulps, directly linked in the configuration of the fruit chain of the north of Valle (Colombia). This research use the networks theory and systems theory. Factors on technological management were reviewed and identified through an enterprise documentary analysis. At the end, the article provide which technological management factors contribute synergistically in the performance and productive sustainability of the mentioned business chaining, in order to provide information and knowledge for business strategic decisions that enable the strengthening of the socio-economic dynamic and provide guidelines to reorient the productive chain development as a whole.
