Abstract

MALLEUVE-MARTINEZ, Annette; RAMOS-DIAZ, Vivian Cristina  and  ALFONSO-ROBAINA, Daniel. Integration of management system with enterprise architecture approach in a communications enterprise. Ing. Ind. [online]. 2019, vol.40, n.1, pp. 67-77. ISSN 1815-5936.

Organizations that apply enterprise architecture reflect improvements and benefits in their key processes when they align the management of the general dimensions of the EA (applications, information, processes and technology) to their strategic objectives. The present investigation is carried out in a Cuban company of the communications sector, whose mission is to provide services for the elaboration of technical projects and to execute the construction, remodeling and assembly of civil and technological works. As a result of previous studies, the existence of internal and external factors that negatively influence the adequate performance of the fundamental processes of the company and limit the scope of the strategic objectives has been proven. For this reason, it is proposed to carry out a strategic diagnosis to identify the main problems from the perspective of the EA, drawing in turn a plan of improvement actions that will allow their eradication.

Keywords : enterprise architecture; management integration system; strategy.
