Abstract

The province of Chimborazo, in Ecuador, has optimal characteristics for planting and harvesting coffee plantations, such as: altitude, temperature, relative humidity, wind, topography, physical-chemical characteristics; known as high altitude coffee. The objective of the research is analysis of the circular supply chain in the coffee sector in the Lugmapata farm. The article is carried out under a quantitative approach for the use of documentary techniques and methods, which includes a bibliographic review of the state of the art and the analysis in the supply chain of circular economy variables. A plan was obtained to improve the position of the farm and the brand in the market.
