In the work, is present a diagnosis made in the company Acinox Comercial for competency profiles determination of the cadres positions, based on the policy improvement defined by the Communist Party of Cuba for the Work System with the Tables of the State, the Government and their Reserves. For which a survey and interview were used. Having well-defined profiles for all those key positions in a company constitutes the basis for developing training programs, making the selection based on the desired skills, and also allows evaluating performance and determining the existing gap as feedback to the training process and a validation of the selection process already carried out.
