Abstract Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease with different clinical presentations; It can occur at any age and is described that can affect both sexes but with a slight predominance in males. Among the many clinical manifestations it is to highlight the seizure of axial and peripheral skeleton psoriatic arthropathy then called. Psoriatic arthropathy causes progressive deterioration of bone and joint structures, as in rheumatoid arthritis, a negative impact on the perception of quality of life related to the health of patients suffering from this disease. In the case of a 51-year-old diagnosed with psoriatic arthropathy, which present multiple bone and joint damages in both hands
