Abstract

The acquisition, for part of university students, of abilities to learn from independent way and with this achieving a process of conscious assimilation, he presupposes of a dynamics in the tuition process learning of creative, interactive character and facilitator, stop in this way acquiring a prominence where the investigation and the appropriation of knowledge and the development of abilities be given for the personal quest, guided by the teacher. Thus a learning proves to be implicative, attraction and motivator. The work offers theoretic reflections and practices, of own experience developed in the academic performance, in this direction, as from teaching work methodologic integrated among teachers of the Ecuador University Metropolitana and Cienfuegos University, Cuba, like part of strategic alliances among these universities.
