Abstract

The purpose of this research is aimed at spreading the importance of the inclusion of children with different disabilities, through the implementation of a strategic educational guide within the schools, to provide tools with activities and teaching resources, teachers, promoting in this way the inclusion of children with hearing impairment to be effective. Methodologically, the study was framed in a cross-sectional descriptive level, field investigation. The population was represented by 12 teachers who work at the institution under study. The data collection was carried out through the survey technique and the instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. Results showed weaknesses in teachers in terms of management strategies for the inclusion of children with disabilities.
