Education and creativity are tools of liberation of the human being in the formation of autonomous and valuable people, and in the development of nations in all spheres. Creative stimulation could decrease in universities; it is considered necessary to investigate what attitudes, conceptions and experiences exist among teachers fundamental actors of education around the development of their creativity to motivate the student towards learning. The search for a balance between the creativity of the teacher and the formation of positive affective experiences towards the learning of the students during the teaching-learning process, is necessary of diverse elements, among them: the power of preparation of students and educators within the process, understanding between both and the need for communication. In this sense, this research aims to contribute to foster the creativity of the teacher for the creation of positive affective experiences towards learning through a strategy that contributes to eradicate such an existing problem in the Industrial Engineering career of the University Technological Indoamericana.
