Promoting health from the contents of the course of Geography in 10th grade, using the different themes of the program director, it is essential for the correct development of pre-university students in society. The Cuban current school, in its mission to educate the students personality, with a wide conception, in health, as one of the supports in the adolescents and young preparation, that must manifest in conduct and manners of action in life, since now and in the future, play a main role in health education Tha's the reason that teaching learning process becomes in a suitable way to pursue this goal, in agreement with the teacher's orientation and preparation and the quality of the content to entangle. The main core that power this work is the activities to contribute to the teacher's orientation and proparation to relate the thematic axises of the director program to the promotion and education for health prom the contents of the Geography lesson in tenth grade.
