Abstract

The present investigation was developed, starting from the application of the department of Human resources of the University of Cienfuegos and taking into consideration investigative antecedents that have evidence the paper of the stress and the Syndrome of Burnout, as factor of risk in the professionals of the teaching and education. We specify the work that was carried out in the understood period from October 2014 to July 2015, starting from new transformations that were happening in those moments. It was carried out an exploratory descriptive study. The Inventory of Potential Burnout was applied. Inside the theoretical methods in those that we lean on find the analytic-synthetic one and the Historical-Logical one. The data and information were valued quantitatively starting from the analysis statistical-mathematician carried out with the statistical package SPSS 15.00 version and enriched with the qualitative analysis of the obtained information. The presence of the syndrome of Burnout in the studied population, accompanies of high levels of emotional fatigue and in smaller measure, the presence of manifestations of depersonalization, that allows to predict the behavior of these educational ones and the level of labor well-being that they refer.
