The bibliographical revision about the formation of abilities in the Chemical subject for the Half Education demonstrates the importance that you/they have these in the context of the treatment of the representations or levels of the thought macroscopic, submicroscopic and symbolic. The above-mentioned, facilitates to satisfy the demands of the normative one of the Colombian education projected toward the integration of components, competitions and basic rights of learning. With the exploration of the educational reality the necessity was verified of systematizing the skill to explain, so much of the own chemical phenomenon, as of the properties of the substances, related with the standards of competitions to reach in the students in the Chemical subject of the Half Education.
