Non-verbal forms of communication have been decisive both for conservation and evolution of man. Revealing their origin and associate them with behaviors through external stimulus is the purpose of this article. Through the execution of a social experiment and a questionnaire about the disciplines that study nonverbal language, it will be considered how these non-verbal forms of communication influence the interaction within the organizational scope and how, at the same time, it is fundamental as a tool of management for the optimization of time in business relationships. From a developmental dimension in terms of professional development and performance to provide solutions to work problems that lead to personal improvement, knowledge and behaviors will be evaluated in relation to non-verbal communication and its incidence will be measured through an external stimulus in the workers of Uniminuto, Madrid Regional Center.
