Teaching and the revolutionary activity are two preponderant characteristics in the life and work of two teachers from Santa Clara work: Margot Machado Padrón and Selva Dolores Pérez Silva. The venerable profession of teaching to the humblest in that neocolonial society soaked in its consciences and it would mark rules their lives. Marti’s ideas were the main work tool of these ladies, when being fully identified with his pedagogical thought. That is the reason why they intended through their teaching, the formation of solid convictions in their students. The authors of the present work also value, the revolutionary arduous activity deployed by both teachers, exemplified in the fight against the dictatorship of Batista and for the construction of Socialism in Cuba, what constitutes a paradigm for the present and future generations of teachers. At the same time that contributes to the local history in general and to the History of the Education, in particular. Here is shown up a scientific result of the theoretical investigation, of historical-pedagogic style that has as an objective to value the teaching of two teachers from Santa Clara linked to the Cuban revolutionary process.
