The first subsystem of Education in Cuba responds to the attention of children from zero to six years of age and expresses the objective of achieving the maximum possible integral development of each and every one of them, so that this results in the need for inclusive educators who have the necessary tools to achieve effective communication with each of their students, taking into account the particularities, potentialities and shortcomings in order to meet the growing educational needs that are becoming increasingly diverse. This article reflects on some of the necessary communicative skills that early childhood teachers need to respond to the quality of education with increasingly inclusive pedagogical practices and to meet the needs of children, just when the period of sensitive language, one of the fundamental acquisitions of the stage, for which the influence of the adult is decisive.
