VICUNA PINO, Ariosto; PONCE ORDONEZ, Jessica; CUASPUD, Anderson  and  PEREZ, Kevin. Measurement of the perception of the image of a public person by time series analysis. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.73, pp. 357-363.  Epub Apr 02, 2020. ISSN 1990-8644.

Public characters are exposed to comments on social networks such as Twitter, these are usually positive or negative, and these opinions can be used to improve or maintain their image, through the analysis of feelings over time. To know the appreciation of Twitter users, five stages are proposed. The first consists of data collection; the second consists in the pre-processing of data; the third in the analysis of feelings; the fourth in the application of time series; and finally in the visualization of results where you can see how the opinions vary over time and the terms most used in the comments in favor, against or neutral. The results provided present information that changes the perception of the image of a public person, which can be predicted and take actions to improve or maintain it.
