The present investigation embraces the formation of pedagogic competitions in the educational of the career of Managerial Administration of Ecuador that allow them a more creative acting and transformer in the process of the professionals' formation. Today it is not claimed of the formative institutions and their educational ones single dynamism and effectiveness of their actings, as elements of essence in the improvement of the quality and excellence but, also, the domain of the pedagogic sciences as guarantee of a constant qualification of their pedagogic administration so much in the university institution, like in the personal order. The objective of this investigation is to analyze the relating ones bibliographical on formation of the educational university students' pedagogic competitions, its main tendencies and the reflection of the educational practice, specifically of the career of Managerial Administration.
