MORALES, Jesús. Education and human development: dimensions for the elaboration of public policies in times of complexity. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.75, pp. 372-383.  Epub Aug 02, 2020. ISSN 1990-8644.

Education as a process inherent to human development, has become an objective of all time, due, among other reasons, to the indisputable implications in the holistic realization of the individual. This objective, although ambitious and complex, has demanded from the State the formulation of strategic actions, which underlie the need to approach with a multifaceted, multidimensional and global approach the quality of life of humanity in its various manifestations. The purpose of the article presented below is to propose, from the postulates of human development and education, an integrating perspective from which to formulate public policies that address the various dimensions of the human being. It starts from the theoretical references on this subject for taking a position.
