Abstract

The essay presented below is intended to explain the reasons why educational orientation is especially important today, by offering strategies, techniques, intervention and prevention actions capable of minimizing the effect of socio-educational conflicts that threaten welfare and social balance. This accumulation of benefits justify the integration of guidance in teaching activities because the dynamism that characterizes human relations, has motivated the development of problems and confrontations between subjects who, despite having common sociocultural, ideological and idiosyncratic elements, have not managed to cope with their differences in a peaceful manner and in attention to conventional means of conflict resolution, which it has led to the emergence of risk factors that includes discrimination, violence and aggression, conflict situations, before which the educational orientation stands as an alternative to guarantee the development of a culture of peace and the recognition of the sociocultural diversity that bring the subject closer to the peaceful treatment of conflicts and the use of symmetric communication as requirements to live in society.
