Abstract
BLANCO, María Alejandra; BLANCO, María Eugenia and HINOJO, Bernabé Teodoro Vila. Emotional well-being activities proposed for the development of meaningful learning in post-pandemic times. Conrado [online]. 2021, vol.17, n.80, pp. 330-338. Epub June 02, 2021. ISSN 1990-8644.
The purpose of the study was to propose emotional well-being activities for the development of meaningful learning in students in post-pandemic times. The study was descriptive-projective, with a non-experimental transectional design, and included a sample of 106 students and 04 teachers from an educational institution in the city of Lima. Two instruments were applied: a Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14), and a scale of development of significant learning in times of pandemic (E.D.A.S.T.P). The results reflected a moderate incidence of stress and anxiety in the students, giving inadequate cognitive, physiological and motor responses in their behavior, likewise the teachers who started online classes manifested a moderate development of meaningful learning due to the lack of mastery of digital competencies that did not help them to implement strategies that would facilitate them to relate previous and new knowledge. The activities of emotional well-being for the development of meaningful learning is a proposal that will help manage emotions, incorporate new ideas with the previous ones of the learner who learns to make appropriate decisions, in order to strengthen the character and be better people every day.
