Child labor is internationally recognized as a serious violation of the rights of children and adolescents. However, although he is widely knowledgeable on the subject, in practice it is observed how these rights are disrespected. This research carries out a study on the main manifestations of child labor, its consequences and the legal framework of the rights of children. The main achievement is the achievements made by Ecuador in the elimination of child labor, the legislative harmony of its entire regulatory framework.
