The problems of integral human development have been studied from different approaches, highlighting the educational field. It is within the framework of a developmental education, where the formation of research skills in high school students should be privileged. The research has been developed in the Insutec Educational Unit but observing how its graduates behave in the continuity of studies at the University UNIANDES Quevedo. The objective is to project an integrated system of logical actions of management of the formative and investigative processes, with the intention of empowering high school students in their transformational reflective-investigative work. We proceeded in an experimental framework with a quali-quantitative approach and a propositive scope, using the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, modeling, systemic and didactic pedagogical methodologies. The results are singled out in the system of didactic pedagogical actions to generate formative research work in high school students of the institution.
