This article analyzes the use of the podcast in a pandemic, as a tool for teaching and learning in high school, from a constructivist perspective. The general objective was rooted in the analysis of the podcast as a tool that favors the construction of knowledge at the Baccalaureate level, taking as a reference the area of social sciences, especially the subjects of Notions of Law and Society, Economy and Politics of current Mexico, favoring significant learning. In the first place, it will give a context of the general panorama of education in the pandemic, then the background of the podcast will be addressed and it will be analyzed from a constructivist perspective in order to give proposals for its implementation.
