At present, the advances in science in terms of technology have significantly revolutionized the life of human beings, in the same way the simple fact that technology has advanced significantly, having technology at our fingertips, is also latent the case of cyberbullying, which in recent times has increased through the use of technologies, with serious consequences than in previous times. Therefore, through previous studies it has been possible to determine that cyberbullying is a latent reality and therefore it is a problem that afflicts society in general. This research aims to contribute to the reduction of cyberbullying in children and adolescents in the city of Babahoyo. The main objective of this research is to propose a strategic plan for parental education that contributes to the reduction of cyberbullying in minors in the city of Babahoyo. To identify the level of the problem, a survey of 200 inhabitants and an interview through electronic media were conducted. A questionnaire of closed questions was used as instruments. Once the problem was identified, an educational preparation plan for parents in the city of Babahoyo was proposed.
