Abstract
RICARDO VELAZQUEZ, Manuel; JIMENEZ MARTINEZ, Roberto Carlos; CISNEROS ZUNIGA, Cinthya Paulina and DOMINGUEZ LEANYS, Ricardo. Development of research competencies in the law degree profile: an integral approach for Professional Training. Conrado [online]. 2023, vol.19, n.93, pp. 159-166. Epub July 07, 2023. ISSN 1990-8644.
Evaluating the development of research competencies is a task that, in addition to providing the opportunity to evaluate the fulfillment of the professional exit research profile, as a destination allows identifying these potentialities and shortcomings of the different models established, in the university before developing the thesis. The responses to the right to evaluate the research work reflect a poorly developed research capacity, a preference for methodological theoretical reasoning and a different process of socialization of the results through reviews and final reports. In this study, a sample of three academic cohorts in online and hybrid modality spanned two semesters in 2021 and 2022. These reflections start from a descriptive study of the profiles developed by students in the five types of education at Uniandes Puyo Law, in the subjects of Thesis and Thesis II, and allows descriptive research using quantitative-qualitative models and thus facilitates some strategic activities, which is based primarily on participatory action research.
