The article focuses on a comprehensive educational analysis of alimony cases in Babahoyo, Ecuador, aiming to promote inclusivity in the Public Defender's Office. Using a mixed-methodological approach, qualitative and quantitative elements are combined to understand selective discrimination in legal representation, identifying challenges, evaluating current practices, and proposing educational strategies. The methodological proposal, named "Inclusive Project: Strengthening Knowledge and Practices in Alimony Cases at the Public Defender's Office in Babahoyo," seeks to enhance knowledge and practices, involving professional training, community participation, inter-institutional collaboration, and continuous monitoring. Furthermore, a comprehensive educational strategy is outlined, including workshops, awareness campaigns, and active community involvement. The project is presented as a committed response to eliminate barriers, improve legal representation, and ensure equal access to justice.
