Havana, eclectic city into presumptuous contrasts and style confluence, considerate wonder city, with places avowed Humanity Heritage, arrives to it´s 500 years foundation, constituent of obligated place for capacitation of Environmental Promoters, going through Havanna´s History, and manners. this work has the results which shows the community experience on city knowledge from environmental education getting strategies for promoters whom by convictions feel the necessity of interact with communities, trying to modify attitudes and behavioral social contexts, giving practical tools, and prioritizing the historical heritage analysis, cultural meaning of social squares, monuments and specially The Bay, vivifying from the true knowledge of the environmental danger which the communities have been exposed from the hydrographic valley tributary of the bay. this invite to debate, to compete, through the implementation of Life´s Tasks, trying to unify willingness from the very scientific knowledge, for the climatic change into hydrographic valley of our communities tributaries of Havana Bay.
