This paper shares reflections with the scientific community on a truly Cuban pedagogical theory. It expounds on concepts that support the complexity of the theory and pays attention to its use in the field of Portuguese Language Teaching in Cuba. The theory brings forward an educational project aimed at improving work and human resources from an open and creative field of action, where man is the center of the process and object.
