The global context requires continuous training consistent with the demands of its stages, whose interrelationship of its stages, whose interrelationship ensures the updating, progress and advancement in professional progress in the professional activity. Thus, attitudes, concepts, knowledge, rules and skills are developed, knowledge, rules, and skills that imply improvements in the graduate's professional performance of the graduate, which are concretized in human behavior; synthesis and reflection of the synthesis and reflection of the training acquired through educational influences, both in the initial stage and in the preparation for employment. in preparation for employment, an essential criterion for assessing the quality of the training process training process. From this perspective, the article intends to reflect on the understanding of continuing of continuous training for the human behavior of professionals, from the assumptions provided by the structural content of the Advanced Education theory and its essential educational premises. The study contributes to the Educational Sciences, by evidencing the coherent response offered by this theory, independently of others, to the transformation of human behavior from its theoretical-methodological foundation to its verification in educational practice. It also highlights the ideas of the founders of the Cuban nationality and nation, outstanding figures in the 19th, 20th and early 20th centuries as essential premises.
