Abstract

HERNANDEZ, Teresa Montoya. The management of intangible mining heritage: perspective from training for mining communities. Min. Geol. [online]. 2019, vol.35, n.3, pp. 358-368. ISSN 1993-8012.

The intangible mining heritage can be considered a fundamental pillar of education in the Cuban mining context, generating a basic awareness of the need for proper management of mining assets that preserves and respects their values. The objective of this work is to systematize a formative perspective that involves the participation of the mining community that, through a hermeneutic-dialectical approach, provides an epistemological base of the training process in intangible mining heritage management.

Keywords : intangible heritage mining; training processes; asset management; mining communities.
