Currently, the development of the economy based on knowledge and innovation is an essential premise for the progress of society. In this regard, this work addresses the main elements of innovation management that affect the productive development of the closed cycle of Cuba´s Molecular Immunology Center. Its crucial role was ratified and it was concluded with the identification of those key aspects related to the productive improvement and the establishment of the new productive model of development of this high technology company.
