The purpose of this paper is to design a set of strategies that allow an efficient management for linking the Accounting and Finance career of the University of Havana (UH) with productive organizations and services of the territory, which contributes, in a favorable way, to the achievement of mutual benefits. Through a set of methods and techniques, the necessary information was collected to establish the weaknesses and strengths of this process in the career, a study from which the model for the management of the link between the university and the business environment is presented. It can be applied in any university career that requires the strengthening of this union.
