Education in values is a continuous process that starts with the care and education of the child within the family, and is extended until the university. For the health professionals it is important the strengthening of their humanistic training, and to understand in its totality the appraisive approach that exists in the professional relationship health-patient. To lay the foundations for the structuring of the ethical thinking in the study and development of the theory of values, to explain the importance of the behavior of the health professional in front of the contextual moral dilemmas of the environment, and to develop an adequate interpretation of the appraisive thinking for the development of the medical sciences, is a determining reality in the contribution to their professional training and in the continuous process of the work done.
