Abstract

Objective:

This article aims at describing the effect of an educational strategy introduced at Sociocultural Management for Development Major for educating students’ leadership, in its distributed typology, to favor conservation of the cultural heritage.

Methods:

The authors rely on an experimental approach, descriptive statistics and percentage analysis to access the effect of the afore mentioned strategy.

Result:

The main finding, is the students’ positive evolution manifested in terms of the acquisition of knowledge and development of skills in cognitive, interest, motivational and aptitude aspects of the intervention in favor of cultural heritage.

Conclusion:

There is evidence of a favorable transformation in the levels of leadership development distributed among university students for intervention in favor of cultural heritage. All this expressed in percentage analysis and both qualitative and quantitative assessments.
