In the present work the application´s results of a labor competitions procedure in the University of Cienfuegos (UCF) are exposed, in the identification and normalization phases. The investigation is due because of the UCF is in aprospective study of the academic work force that embraces all the processes of the Integrated System of Administration of Human Capital with the objective of determining the competitions of the academic work force, necessary to develop with success the social responsibility. Finally they are identified the competitions of the organization, that of their key processes and academic positions (career coordinator, disciplines and of year) with his norms. For they are used it technical as the storm of ideas, documental revision, interviews, interrogation instruments, the work grupal, experts' method, technical of processes' maps, functional maps, wombs and norms of competitions.
