Accompaniment is done to a group of 32 students, to analyze the effects that this arouses in their integral development. The objective of the research is to reassess the importance of tutoring, with practical implications that allow the creation and implementation of the University Tutoring Unit. It was found: greater assumption of his personality, better integration and university empowerment, balance in his cognitive process, strengthening of his professional vocation and participation in solidarity activities, achieving a greater transforming commitment.
