Companies seek to be competitive and base their competitiveness on sustainable elements related to efficiency and productivity. In the consultancy sector improvements are constantly being made in this direction, it is about innovating to offer a better alternative in the market that turns out to be very competitive. The company BH CONSULTORES focuses on serving clients seeking comprehensive advice in undergraduate and graduate projects. Currently this company has introduced new products that have impacted both the production and the input-output ratio. A reduction in costs in terms of personnel and an increase in market share is emerging as a policy that will make BH's performance more efficient. The behavior of the products offered by BH is statistically analyzed and an efficiency index is created that shows that it is possible to operate with 150% efficiency, if the best practices are emulated. Each of the policies implemented internally, but with a strategy and goals achievable by 2020, are set out in the conclusions at the end of the document.
