It's of vital importance that the communities identify their value proposition and from it, to link up the activities necessary for the practice of tourism; own resources and provided through partnerships; as well as the other components of a management model necessary for its sustainability. The lack of organizational structure in this type of enterprise; as well as, the low use of distribution channels and the promotion of their services, it has been a detonating for conducting field research to several representative communities in each region of the continental Ecuador.
