The survey identifies the generational groups that coexist in the institution not only because of their chronological order but also because of their features, their perceptions about the conception of what recognition is and how it does not necessarily have to be aligned with the monetary. In the focal group officials state that the creation of a non - monetary recognition plan should be aligned with performance however in order to generate the proposal, it is necessary to keep in mind the current situation in which the country is located, so it is in austerity and as an institution it must preserve the quality of the service granted to the citizens.
