This article analyzes the different Law Schools in this country, in the last thirty years ago do not have a correct academic structure. The curricular and methodological organization if analyze legal dispositions, did generate in the great totality of students one vision more modern and pragmatic in relationship the new legal tendencies, this aspect is reflected in the legal activities as the university teaching, defense, judiciary, judicial officers and lawyers related to government and non-governmental organization.The present text analyzes the reasons because the Law was considerate as the fundamental value all the social sciences, this equivocation generated the fracases the others careers were closed for do not have students (Sociology, in the public universities of Quito, is the perfect example), this event affect the social structure of society because do not possibility have a good level of development in humanistic sciences, this generate the holistic development to women and men and to have a correct vision to State in front to the History.
