Abstract

The present paper deals with the use of economic instruments that stimulates the use of renewable sources of energy; it is part of the environmental and economic policies of nations, including the Cuban state and ecuatorian. For that reason, these regulations have become necessary through different normative and internal dispositions, in order to increase its use and benefit for the investors, producers, consumers and the atmosphere in general. The research has the goal of examine the environmental and special dispositions that regulate the renewable energies. The methods used are: theoretical juridical, analytic-synthetic, documental analysis and interviews experts. The main conclusion of the paper is that the economic and financial incentives has only a tariff and fiscal nature. For the use of this kind of sources theyrequire complementary norms for their viability and effectiveness.
