Abstract

It is undeniable the importance of the relevance of the academic offer offered by educational institutions and in particular that of the Technical and Technological Institutes in Ecuador, specialized operational training that must provide answers to social or productive problems in light of the needs existing. That is why it is necessary to know the qualified training for the productive and social sector, whether public or private. The objective of this analysis is to highlight the relevance of technological training to finally identify the training-work relationship and its applicability through a statistical study carried out in companies in the Province of Guayas.
