The objective of this paper is to analyze the process of economic integration that the european communities represent, as an inevitable consequence of its objectives and the institutional framework provided by the paris and rome treaties, one of the most novel and dynamic legal systems of the european union. modern history: community law. the new and dynamic nature of this legal system, as has been seen in large part in this study, is revealed especially when it examines its nature, its sources, its subjects or addressees, its relations with national law, particularly as regards concerning its hierarchy with respect to the latter, and the harmonization of the internal norms that it requires for its more efficient operation. The article tries to leave an approach on this happening which allows to clarify certain aspects and serves as a starting point for future work.
