Abstract

The following article analyzes the experiences of an adolescent victim of sexual violence during the practice of medical-legal expertise in the facilities of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of El Oro, and specifically in the department of legal medicine. As a result, a review of the procedural dynamics in probation is made, and three reforms are proposed that optimize and materialize in a specific way the prohibitive constitutional rule of secondary victimization.
