Abstract

MEJIA FLORES, Omar Gabriel; MENDEZ MEDRANO, Cristian Gilberto  and  PROANO CASTRO, Milton Felipe. Mathematical models of diffusion of technological products and applications of these to the market. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2018, vol.10, n.4, pp. 263-271.  Epub Sep 02, 2018. ISSN 2218-3620.

The present work has the purpose of demonstrating the mathematical structure of the patterns and the variables that characterize and predict the behavior, in the market, of diverse technological products; in its diffusion process. To achieve this objective, a bibliographical research is developed focused within the limits of the Scopus academic directory. The main results of work highlight that the international scientific community shows a growing interest in these practices since it facilitates and predicts with great certainty the behavior of various technological products against the demands of an increasingly strict and complex market, which is supported by a conglomerate of related socio-economic patterns.

Keywords : Mathematical models; patterns; variables; diffusion; market.
