Abstract

In the current context marked by the levels of uncertainty, the new technology and the globalization becomes necessary the orderly reflection on the future that you/they allow to adopt the most advisable roads in the use of the territories and its changes starting from the human action and of the same nature; for such a reason it becomes indispensable to have tools for the administration, planning, regulation, transformation and occupation of the territorial space, as the prospective one and their tools. The present article summarizes the result of the application of these useful tools in the contribution to the elaboration of the plan of territorial ordination of the municipality of Cienfuegos starting from the prospective Surveillance.
