The following article analyzes the supply of financial products available for the fishing sector, in Manta, Canton, Ecuador in 2016. For this purpose, an analysis was made of the private and public banking institutions, as well as the structure of the portfolio of credits, main characteristics of the credits and financial education programs of each of the institutions studied. The research also follows a classification for private banking institutions according to the size of their assets (large, medium and small).
